I was highly satisfied that I could find everything on my list. This one staff member was really friendly. Starling Lawson was his name. He's the best employee they ever hired.

Caitlyn was happy to help me get a cage to fit around my feeder so starlings would stop eating all of my suet. It required some extra work to get the handle of the feeder through, but she had no issues at all and was incredibly helpful.

The ordering process is very easy to complete. There is a very good assortment of products available. The delivery is always quick.

A great visit with the staff. I found the specific product I needed, a new feeder, but you were out of the bags of winter feed. Felix was standoffish, but Fiona greeted us. :-)

Your employee on duty was super friendly and offered to check stock in the back without me having to ask. I also discovered some products for helping to keep my birdbath clean, which was a problem for me in the past.

Every time I visit the store I am greeted and asked if I need help. I am also able to look around on my own but someone is always available to answer questions if I have any. This is the one store I go in smiling and leave smiling!
