They had what I needed. The staff was very helpful and gracious. The gentleman was very kind to answer my questions and explain the components to make a bird feeder stand.

We found exactly what we were looking for with no problem. Staff was friendly and the checkout process was quick. Sales person offered to carry out for us but we were quite capable ourselves.

The staff is very friendly! I was greeted when I arrived and asked if I needed any assistance. Since i'm a regular and knew what I wanted....I said 'no thanks!" I found all the things I was looking for. Kaitlyn even asked me if I'd rec'd my refund on a broken product (it was still in the system, but you had no way of knowing whether I'd been reimbursed) I was 99% sure I had gotten a discount several purchases ago. And as always, someone (Starling) helped me carry the big bags of seed to my car! You guys rock!!!
