I have recently returned to birding after a long hiatus raising 3 children. I first learned of the WBU store back in 2007 (or there abouts) when a store opened in Chattanooga, TN. It quickly became my favorite place to visit and shop with my young children. I was a frequent customer and always enjoyed my experience. Customer service and quality of products was top notch. Fast forward to 2022 -- after my son gifted me with a WBU bird feeder from the Central Park store, my interest in birding has been revitalized! I dug up my original pole system and it is in great shape. Even my old suet feeder is as good as new. I visited the Central Park store recently to purchase a second pole system, etc. and am so glad I did. The assistance I received from Star was outstanding -- such a friendly and helpful young man. Great service all around. I had a nice conversation with the owner, as well. I'm sure I will be a regular again. Thank you for your time.

This store is great and I have recently been in another store that I was not impressed with. Staff here is always kind and knowledgeable.

The new owners are very nice and accommodating. Emails are now arriving as promised with newsletters and special pricing on items.

The store is convenient to my home. The staff is invariably cheerful and helpful. The selection of food and feeders is extensive and generally well sticked. If I have particular questions staff is “right there” with answers.

Great selection and a wonderful staff. And most importantly, their assortment is popular with my backyard visitors.
