Everyone is always friendly and helpful. I needed seed but they were in the process of unloading a shipment. What I needed was at the bottom and they wanted to be able to get it for me. I ended up purchasing a smaller bag to tide me over so they wouldn't have to feel like they needed to work twice as hard and fast to get what I needed. I will definitely be back to purchase more.

The staff including the owners make me feel like an old friend so it’s not just shopping rather it’s like visiting and chatting with friends

Personnel were knowledgeable of stores merchandise and quickly answered questions. Very forthcoming with info on food/shelter for different birds. Personnel allowed me to browse store/merchandise without interruptions. Liked the extra special merchandise like the earrings and greeting cards etc.

Warren and Courtney and their entire staff are wonderful. We feel valued and appreciated as customers, and we value and appreciate them. We were Wild Birds converts from the moment we made our first purchase at that location. Warren said if you buy quality seeds, you'll attract quality birds. I was skeptical but he was exactly right. We are so happy with our birdfeeders and houses, and now we buy gifts for my relatives who don't live near a Wild Birds.
