Staff are always friendly, inviting, knowledgeable and helpful. As a frequent store visitor, the staff knows the variety of ‘normal’ items I purchase, and are willing to suggest other products along similar lines which might enhance the observation of visitors, not all of them avian. The store itself has been adapted to the current health environment, providing mask wearing and purchasing information at the entry exterior, and a hand sanitation station just inside the entry. Displays have been shifted where necessary to improve traffic flow while showing off the merchandise.
