Love the store and staff!

(This applies to ALL purchases I have made since my first day in the store.) The number one reason is the knowledge of the staff. When one of them does not know the answer to a question they go get one of the owners or senior staff who do know the answer. The second reason is that products are recommended that are best to meet my needs and my resources rather than the product that is the highest cost. I am old and sometime get confused. They never (in any way) make me feel like an old man who cannot remember. This is from everyone I have met to date. They never frown or act bored.
