WBU has an exceptionally enthusiastic staff. They have designed a fabulous feeding station with 4 diverse feeders. In 5 months, we have attracted 26 different species!

The staff member was very polite and efficient. She informed me of the the cost of each item prior to my purchase and she was able to give me information about a couple of the items I wanted.

Ordered the night before. Received email the next morning that the order would be ready by 1029, When i got there the phone was promptly answered and the order was delivered less than a minute later.

Easy phone ordering. They had the order ready almost immediately. Cheerful voice behind a mask. Very efficient and safe but also friendly.

I placed an order on-line for seed and then called regarding an item I remembered from the gifts in the store. I have done this twice. Both times the staff knew exactly what gift item I was referring two, and both times made sure both orders were combined for my pickup.

I think you've done an outstanding job adjusting to the limitations the virus has placed on us. The "shipping" turned into a personal delivery which we were not expecting and was a very welcome, but not at all out of character, level of customer service. As always the quality of the product exceeds our expectations and our birds certainly approve. Our woodpeckers specifically demolished one cake in 24 hours! They LOVE the bark butter cake! Thanks for all you do!
