I was on way to store when I called. Sales associated suggested that we meet outside so that we could look through front window at items and discuss my needs. Off and on she went into store and brought out different items for me to look at. She was very knowledgable and very helpful, making a lot of suggestions. Extremely helpful.

Online ordering process was very simple and shop had a good variety of products available. We were pleasantly surprised that our order was personally delivered vs. being sent via UPS or FedEx. Products purchased are high quality.

The customer service at our Fredericksburg, VA store is outstanding. Warren and Courtney always greet us with a warm smile and "hello". Extremely knowledgable and helpful. Great selection of products.

Watching the birds has become a comforting pastime. I feel safe driving to the bird store for curbside pickup and I know my backyard friends are highly satisfied with the results.
