We placed our order over the phone and it was ready in 5 minutes for pick up. Our merchandise was brought out to our car immediately. So easy! HOWEVER I cannot wait until we can go back into the store to browse, talk to everyone, and attend info sessions and special events. It is such a fun place to shop and chat. I miss you all!

Loved the ease of ordering and the timely shipping....however the delivery service dropped the packages at the wrong address. Label was correct......just delivered to the wrong house!

The pickup was easy and the woman that brought out the merchandise was extremely friendly!

I have loved this store since it opened. The owners are knowledgeable and friendly. It is like having. my own personal bird grocery store. Online has been perfect. It is so easy to complete and then pick up is ready same day, which I really appreciate. Being able to watch my birds while working from home is pure joy and the ease of doing that is so appreciated.

The online process is easy. Their inventory is always stocked. The curb side pickup is great.
