Excellent service for the trying time!

Even through these trying times with the coronavirus shutdowns, the staff was available and helpful.

I've been shopping at my local WBU since they opened. Warren & Courtney and theeuir staff are superb, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I thoroughly enjoy the bird events they hold and the extensive bird cams that show wildlife on display.

Such a comfortable experience in comfortable surroundings. Love that they have a cat. Also enjoy the many programs offered in their store. Just wish inventory was a little less expensive.

Met the owners upon their opening of the store and were impressed with their friendliness and knowledge. I like the quality of seed and suet packs. This trip was nice due to the pandemic, they told me no one else was in the store which made it more than comfortable to enter & quick check-out & my purchase carried out to my car!

The Fredericksburg staff and ownership is exceptional. Even in the current stressful situation, they were wonderful. They worked hard to provide their terrific service while still maintaining distance and clearly keeping the store as clean as possible.

The staff is highly knowledgeable about the birds the area. They are also very aware of how to keep other critters from getting to the bird seed.

Have consistently been very happy with the team at the Wild Birds Unlimited in Fredericksburg. The store is great, clean and well organized though my last trip they brought my order to my car for obvious reasons. They always give great advice and even though we pay a little more for seed and other products the quality is clearly superior as shown by the birds reaction and their is little to no wasted product.

The staff is absolutely amazing! They make shopping and visiting such a pleasure and wonderful learning experience. THANK YOU!!
