Warren was extremely knowledgeable as well as fun to talk to. We recently moved from a townhouse to a lovely property on 3 wooded acres and want to learn more about the birds in this area as well as attract more. I came away feeling enthusiastic, a little more knowledable about the subject as well as having an awareness of other resources such as the Merlin app - which I love! I already know what my next couple purchases will be and look forward to visiting the store again in the near future.
