I didn’t understand the special deal and had to call the store. I was trying to place an online order. The person in the store explained my misinterpretation of the product and took the order over the phone and gave me the discount anyway.

The Roseville California store owner and staff are always professional, courteous and friendly. This visit an item was unavailable, but due to arrive in the store. The store offered to deliver the item, which was delivered within two days. The staff have always exceeded Customer Service satisfaction.

I adore coming in the store. The manager is so kind, and so informative, she always points me in the right direction. It's clear she loves what she does. In fact, when we visited there was a birds of prey event happening, and it was a joy to get to see those creatures. Amazing place.
