It is sometimes difficult for us to get out, so delivery has been a pleasant option! We have always been pleased with all our experiences with WBU!!

Clerks are so knowledgeable and helpful.

Every time I come in the store I’m greeted by a very friendly staff member. They’re always willing to help. They are very knowledgeable about birds and have taught me a lot. They even offer to help me carry my purchases to the car! So sweet 😊

I went in looking for a bird seed tray catcher and the associate found it for me right away.

ive been shopping at this store for over 16 yrs. I like the selection for a fair price and the friendly knowledgeable staff. we used to drive to Hamburg NY and were happy when the Transit rd. location opened. I did however have a problem last year with small moths and their worms in the seed which made their way into our house as we have an attached garage and store the seed in there. they were hard to get rid of and so we stopped buying seed and feeding the birds. we really missed seeing the birds so we're trying again. hopefully this problem has been rectified.

Staff is awesome -always helpful. Would come every week if I lived closer -but then I would really be broke. Love, love, love your store. Literally one of the few I physically shop at anymore!
