WBU always has helpful, friendly staff who are willing to discuss bird and nature related issues. I could shop other places, but I chose to shop at WBU for the knowledgeable staff.

I always receive great service and this visit was no exception. Cashier was very friendly and as always, offered to take my seed out to the car. Very rarely do you find such consistent high quality service.
