I’m having a major problem with squirrels and your staff, I’m sorry I don’t know her name, was very helpful in providing a seed that would keep the squirrels away.

The staff was extremely helpful, answered all our questions and suggested merchandise that would fit our needs!

The woman, while new, was friendly and helpful. When there was a price discrepancy, the senior employee there took care of the problem.

Everyone at the store is smiling. The staff is knowledgeable. The merchandise is excellent and best of all my backyard has so many different birds due to the tips about food and feeders I have received.

The person who helped me, Garner, took his time to explain the different wren birdhouses and then checked the inventory in the back and found a birdhouse I had seen online that wasn't on display at the moment. I ended up buying the one he found in the back. He was very knowledgeable about the features of different wren birdhouses; the online descriptions weren't very specific.

Female employee was super friendly and greeted me almost immediately. Male employee at the cash register was also nice and very knowledgeable. Design of store, birds everywhere!!
