I always enjoy shopping at Wild Birds Unlimited (Williamsville). The staff is both knowledgeable and FRIENDLY! They make shopping a pleasure!

Staff is very helpful, especially since I am still using a cane. They take my items to my car. They always greet you as you come in.

The store clerk was nice and friendly, helped me pick just the right bird food for my birds. He carried the heavy seed up to the register and out to my car. I was so pleased. I have a bad back and that really helped me.

Ist time there, was greeted immediately upon walking in. Was assisted by all three employees. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Best customer service experience I've had in ages if not ever. Was able to purchase exactly what I needed, and I will definitely be returning.
