I found everything I was looking for right away. There was one item I needed assistance in finding and the clerk was very helpful and very friendly.

Staff is always pleasant. The store is a little crowded with merchandise but it is amazing. Love the products and so do my birds.

the store is very well stocked with such a variety of items, not just feeders, houses, and food. I love all the accessories and it's a great place for lots of gift purchases.. The knowledge of all many birds by the owner is amazing. She has been able to answer if not all, then most of my questions!!!

The store is conveniently located and usually has the items I am interested in. If the bird food bag size is not available but is available in smaller quantities, the staff allows me to purchase the smaller sizes in the same quantity and price as a larger size. The staff is always helpful, but leaves me alone if I don't need help.
