The staff has always been very helpful, and has pointed out new products or suggested different products that might work for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants to arrtract birds to their yard.

I purchased a mini high perch feeder accessory kit and asked the girl who worked there if it would work on my oriole feeder that I use with jelly and she said they were pretty much universal. I purchased the oriole feeder at the same store. When I brought it home and opened the package I found the rod to be much thinner than the one on the feeder. So needless to say it cannot be used. I plan on returning to the store with the item and hopefully they will accept the return. I am looking for a dome to be used in this feeder to help deter the blackbirds.

Registers needed to be rebooted so the checkout wait was a little long.

In previous years customers were given a calendar at holiday time featuring different beautiful birds each month along with what they eat and other facts. I was disappointed when told they were not available anymore. Kindly reconsider offering this thoughtful gift to your faithful customers in future years. It was truly appreciated! Thank you.

Pricing is high for seed, even if you are a member.

To be honest, it's a little pricey. It's not going to stop me from shopping there but I just have to limit my visits.
