The young man who assisted me did not have the great customer service skills that I have always experienced at your wonderful store. He was more interested in checking on items in the back with the other gentleman working there than assisting me. Also, I purchased a small, breakable item, and had to ask for it to be wrapped in tissue paper, after which he gave a sigh. That being said, I understand employees are difficult to find currently, and still look forward to my next visit. Your store is always so clean, has a vast selection of beautiful items, and is a pleasure to browse and shop in. Thank you.

Prices are high and the staff actually knocked stuff down on their way to “offer” hand sanitizer. By offer I mean pretty much demand it’s use.
