Kathy and the new lady whose name I don't remember are so nice and welcoming and helpful every single time I walk into that store. I never have any problems, and they're always able to answer my questions to the best of their ability. They're friendly and engaging, and I love going to the store for all my wild bird stuff.

Because they always have the high quality bird food that I need to feed my outside birds. They are very knowledgeable on amything that I need bird wise, so I know they are always my go to people.
