Great overall experience

Store is attractive with many interesting items besides birdseed. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Products are good quality but I had a problem with the last 2 bags of ‘no mess’ seed I bought. There was a lot of fine chaff-like material all over the patio that I had not experienced before. Something was definitely different. I am buying a seed cylinder instead.

Service was great. Also, the young man (Kyle) training a new employee (Connie) was so kind and patient. Both were doing such great jobs and really made it a joy to shop the store.

I like their variety of high quality foods, feeders & supplies for the birds & creatures we are trying to entice.
