we re new to birding and the person who helped us took a lot of time to explain things and give us options about everything from bird feeders to types of bird seed to bird baths.

The lady helping me was exceptionally knowledgeable about different birds in our area and what they like to eat. Also she gave me multiple options on birdfeeders and the accessories.
