Delivery within one day. They always add a thank-you note, which is a nice touch. Great quality of the product; a bit expensive maybe, but the quality is always so good that I'm willing to pay for it.

I have PTSD and cannot wear a mask. I stepped in the door and got an employee’s attention. She let me step outside and explain what I wanted without making me feel bad that I wasn’t wearing a mask. She gave me great value and even carried my purchase to my truck for me. She went the extra mile. Thank you.

I wish I could remember the saleswoman's name but alas, I cannot. But she was delightful, very informative, not pushy at all and helpful! She was so excited to see the finch return to the bird feeder outside the store...her excitement was infectious! (I do remember she lived in Colorado for a bit)
