Zane and Kyle were very polite and helpful young men on Saturday. I was in there today (Monday) and Kathy was also very helpful and so so friendly.

The young man was very congenialand seemed very knowledgeable.

The customer service is fantastic! They are very helpful and answer any questions I may ask about bird seed, feeders, etc. They always have the birdseed I want in stock!

I don't know that it will take three or more sentences. I liked the fact that the two gentlemen employees were knowledgeable and quite helpful. The products seem well made and there was plenty of bird houses and feed to choose from. I'm intrigued with the Advanced Pole System and will return to purchase one or two of those. Thanks.

Good products, knowledgeable staff and fair price. Products are excellent in attracting local birds.We enjoy watching our many feeders.

The knowledge and friendliness of the staff was very helpful. I was not encouraged to buy a higher priced item but details were shared of both of the items. I did buy the higher priced item but was never pushed to buy it. She shared all sorts of information on various birds that I asked about. I was impressed!!
