I did not visit a store. Ordered on line. These questions r not relevant to ordering online. But when I do visit my WBU store in Brighton Michigan I’m very satisfied with service.

The staff at the Wild Birds unlimited are very knowledgeable and well trained. They are friendly and greet you right away. My hats off to the owners for their knowledge and the programs they have through out the year

I purchased a few gifts plus a large bag of birdseed. The employee carried the bag of bird seed out to my Jeep.
