Friendliness

This is one of my very favorite stores to peruse and shop. The staff are all very, very friendly and so knowledgeable. They obviously love birds as much as I do and their passion is contagious. I’ve been to other WBU stores and I would drive the extra distance just to get to “my” WBU and their amazing folks.

Every time I go there, I’m greeted right away. The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The store is well laid out to browse through the nice variety of items.

You have such a great selection. Quality items, friendly, knowledgeable service!!!

Staff was super helpful and gave me many options. They talked me into the club and I do think I will be looking forwarding to coming back to the store in the near future.

When I walked in I was quickly acknowledged with a great greeting! Then i asked about certain feeders and she was so informative! I learned so much in the matter of 15mins that i was there!

Whenever I go there service is 100% the star is always nice and clean and everyone is always friendly and willing to help you
