Mitch and Laurel and all of their staff make the experience pleasurable. They are all knowledgeable and friendly. There is often a new product that is not bird seed or feeder related that is fun to purchase for a gift or myself. The variety is important, as well as the presentations and field trips. Wonderful experience, every time.

Everyone who works at this location is awesome!! Even the other customers are great. Always in a good and helpful mood. The product I was looking for was not stocked. Mitch explained it was because the shipment that arrived was not to their standards. He showed me the defective products and gave me a 50%discount.
