Love the Brighton store!

The staff is always always are friendly to everyone who walks into their store. Their knowledge of the birds that I want to feed and the ones I want to keep away from my feeders is superb, and they always have several different suggestions and food to put out depending on the time of year and nesting cycles. The prices are high though, and sometimes I have to get skimpy with how much I feed the birds to extend what I am able to afford.

I love this store. It is one of my happy places to visit. Wonderful staff and great service.

Nice people, good selection, although the seed is a little on the pricey side, but we buy it anyway.

Everyone is nice and very knowledgeable. I love the atmosphere and how they are eager to assist in any problems you may be experiencing.

This store is my happy place! I was there to get a safflower cylinder, but unfortunately they were not in stock. So the woman who waited on me (forgot her name 🙁)said she would deliver it to my home the next day! I was so surprised and grateful. She did bring them to me the next afternoon. Thank you! Getting ready to go on vacation so it saved me another trip in. Can’t leave the birds without their favorite seed! Excellent customer service!

So many cool things to look at and good quality merchandise available that you will not find at other stores! The set-up of the store gives you so many ideas for ways to display bird feeders and attract a variety of birds to your home. Tracy was very friendly and knowledgeable! I've been to the Brighton store twice and both times had a very pleasant experience. Tracy was working both times and her friendly personality and knowledge and passion of birds definitely impacted my experience and makes me want to visit on a regular basis. I will be back!

The staff member was very knowledgeable and friendly. Showed us how to properly use the accessories for our bird feeder system. We had questions about the feed and they were answered.
