High quality items, people in store are very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The store does informative events to learn more about birds and nature.

We love the Wild Birds store near us. The staff is very helpful and they have encouraged our use of their products. We have had great success with the birds in our area. We are still experimenting with different solutions for discouraging the starlings and blackbirds that proliferate our yard, and we discuss our findings with the captive audience in our local store!

Owners & staff are always happy to see me. Problem I was having with raccoons was solved. Feed I was coming in to buy was readily available.

The quality and selection of supplies is great. The staff is always nice and helpful. The owners are knowledgeable and very welcoming. I love that they have different types of bird classes!

The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Merchandise stock variety has always been sufficient to cover our needs and is of high quality. The presentation on 6/14 was outstanding. Great store. The only issue is that the store is very popular and with a single cash register check out can sometimes be a bit slow. That said we understand that it is a small family-owned business so a bit of a wait doesn't bother us.
