The store is always well-stocked. Grace was very helpful in taking me to a product that I could not find. She also was eager to demonstrate another product, and she offered to help carry out my purchases. I have never been dissatisfied with the products or the service there.

The salesperson (Laure) was very knowledgeable. The store had a great selection. I had more than one option for a feeder and food.

This store is beautiful. It feels like a breath of fresh air no matter when you visit. The people in the store are extremely friendly and helpful without being overbearing.

Always offer to help carry purchases to car. If item is not available, they can always assure it will be. Knowledgeable about birds and feeding habits, and often demonstrate how a feeder works.

The owners are knowledgeable, fun and friendly. The programs they feature are informative and enjoyable, and we have attended several of them, and I was pleased to find that there was a second night for the "Bird Nest Landlord" program, because we couldn't make the first one scheduled. We were able to sign up for the second night, and I left even happier than I knew I would be on our visit to pick up peanuts.

I was looking for a squirrel baffle for my wooden bird feeder (not a pole system). There was no available baffle that would work but the store owner told me how to make one on my own with fexible steel from a hardware store.

Products were readily accessible and neatly displayed. Price of products was clearly marked. Sales associate was helpful & friendly.
