The store staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have learned new things about bird seed that have changed my purchasing habits for the better. They recommended a suet and bird feed that is a raccoon/squirrel deterrent and I was especially pleased.

Friendly greeting extended by staff member immediately upon entry. Sufficient number of staff members to satisfy all customers on weekend; also, staff exhibits ability to multi-task so all customers are addressed within 1-2 minutes. Knowledge of bird feed by species observed at feed station; recommendations offered (cardinals, woodpeckers, etc.). Presented issue with broken feeder; staff member offered to investigate repair of part. Very positive and helpful. Thank you.
