They always greet me when I come in. They are very knowledgable on my questions/problems. If something isn't exactly what I need, they provide suitable alternatives.

I love the enthusiasm and the knowledge that Laurel has and shares. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. I have been feeding birds for as long as I can remember and thought I was pretty educated about birds and other little critters. Every time I visit I learn something new. I was able to acquire enough bird bucks from shopping at Birds Unlimited that my son and daughter surprised me with the huge wind chime. I love it! I have worked retail half my life. I appreciate customer service when I see it. It's very refreshing.

Since the day this store opened we have been completely pampered by Mitch and Laurel. They know so much about birds, and every bit of merchandise they sell. And they're special presentations and seminars are awesome. They know us by name, know what products we use, and are always happy to see us. We wouldn't go anywhere else.

Each time I shop here I'm greeted immediately, but not pounced on. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about not only the products, but the animals as well. I love shopping here and really love enjoying all of the animals I attract with what I buy!

All the staff is always friendly and help me find what I need. My grandkids love going with me to see their pets. This store had a wonderful Halloween presentation with a skunk that my grandkids loved.
