Outstanding, knowledgeable staff person.

The associate, Laurel, seemed very knowledgeable on both the products (feeders and food) and the hobby in general (bird feeding and watching). I'm not usually one to support a chain but will be back to this store.

Staff is always easy to talk to about anything, store is super clean. I always find the coolest things in there. Bark butter is amazing

I consider myself a novice-intermediate birder/naturalist. The staff at this store always seems to be able to share knowledge with me. They are also welcoming and friendly -- as opposed to just pushing sales.

I am an amateur naturalist looking forward to getting more in touch with nature when I retire from teaching in June. I have feeders now and received a gift card for your store from my daughter for Christmas. I was so excited with everything I saw and super pleased to meet the owner and another employee while my husband and I were there. They were more than friendly and very knowledgeable. I understand they also offer classes and I'm very much looking forward to attending those. My husband was unusually excited too and talked me into the eliminator feeder to combat our squirrel problem. I look forward to my next visit.

Owner loves what she is doing and it shows. She's friendly, knows what she is talking about and made it a fun experience for me. I like the layout of the store, also.
