Wild Birds Unlimited

This location of Wild Birds Unlimited is in a convenient location. Items are displayed in an appealing way, so that I can picture them being used at home. The staff is very welcoming and answers any and all questions. The birds in my yard are thoroughly enjoying the suggested see combination.

Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. We feel like friends when we return to shop. We also enjoy the various lectures they sponsor.

The owners and staff are knowledgeable about wild birds and give expert advice. They are also very friendly.

The staff are very helpful and the availability of merchandise is wonderful.

All my bird questions/problems are solved when I visit this store.

A bit far from my home. difficult to find the store because it was the first time to visit, the roundabout over the M23 bridge is so confusing. store was very crowded, though salespeople were very nice, and we enjoyed the food.

I am highly allergic to cats and the store has 2, so I cannot shop around. I have to just hurry and get what I know I need and go.

That's a pretty high bar. Not sure if it is attainable

Received an email that my order was shipped. A few days later the email for the survey, but had not received my order. Called the store and my package was still there. Received a week after I placed the order.

This applies more to the product than the store. It seems that all seed or feed bags have a zip lock seal that is very difficult to seal.
