Price. I know you have high quality products, but the price is so much more expensive elsewhere (Safflower and Hot Seed).

The only Shepard hook baffle available was over $32. Seems like you could have a lower priced option. I understand you want to sell quality but what if I only needed a solution to get me thru winter? Just felt it was really expensive in your store.

I was surprised and disappointed that the person at the counter had no idea that millet attracted House Sparrows.

Found the person I talked with, could help me with my question, because they fed birds and used the items I bought. Very helpful!

I am not a cat lover and there is always a cat somewhere.

Highly likely is only for exceptional visits. This one was really good and I will return. But it doesn’t rank as a crazy exceptional visit.

Their prices for bird food is higher than other stores.
