A couple of items I was interested in purchasing were not in stock. Also, there were just a few people in the store but more than my comfort level.

There was a black cat in the store that was roaming around and since I’m not a cat lover that bothered me. When they asked if the cat was a problem and I told them someone came to get the cat. I just don’t think it is wise to have the animals roaming around.

Prices are a little high for bird seed. Was also interest in a new shepherds hook or at least adding to mine, the the add-one did not appear to be compatible, so I might have to buy a new hook.

I happened to arrive when the lead staff person was indisposed. There should be a better tracking system—digital—for bird bucks. The path from the checkout register to the door is both too long and obstructed. As a result carrying and maneuvering heavy bags through the store is more difficult than it needs to be.

The number of customers allowed in the store was limited to four. Customers had to wait outside to get in. The wait to checkout was too long, as employee at the checkout counter was chit-chatting with an elderly customer about that customer's recent shoulder problems. Both appeared to be totally oblivious to customers waiting to check out as well as customers waiting outside.
