The staff are always very friendly and knowledgeable and often give tips/advice that provides added value as to how best to use a product. In addition, Laurel’s (the store owner) in store lectures/presentations (which often include in store discounts) are an invaluable resource that makes the whole WBU shopping experience the best deal possible!
