I have always been able to find the items that I needed each time I have placed an order. If the store was out of whatever, I was given either a replacement offer or a rain check. Overall I am pleased with my purchase history.

She explained all the bird food types , & helped choose the right food an explained the best options . Order ahead too! She bought out to my car since I have bad back . I wanted stay longer to shop and will return soon! Good mix of super cute decor and useable things like feeders and seed- well stocked and so clean! She is very knowledgeable and helpful
