The store was clean, bright, and very well stocked. I was greeted by a wonderful feline upon entrance! The staff was very friendly. I was a little shocked at how expensive bird seed has gotten but I also know that my birds like WBU seed far better than other brands. Grateful to have had a coupon!

I have been a long time customer at the Novi Wild Birds Unlimited. I am now retired and do not frequent Novi. I in in Brighton frequently so I stopped to stock up on bird food and signed up for the membership. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED. I had an EXCELLENT experience. I was greeted immediately and ask what they could help me with. Being familiar with Wild Birds Unlimited I was able to find what I was looking for. Excellent customer service.
