Found a great squirrel-proof bird feeder for my parents for Christmas. Personnel were very knowledgeable and helpful.

They repaired two feeders for me. It only took a few minutes and they were happy to do it. The products last a long time, but it is good to know they can last even longer with a little repair work under their generous warranty!

It's because everything is perfect. It always is. The details get me every time: I love the immediate smiles and nice greeting by Laurel & ANY person I've met there. I really dug the decorations right now, it's magical. I love the selection, anything I'd ever need. I always get help carrying or moving the bags of birdseed or anything I buy. It's really nice I don't have to wait, I can get in or out in 5 minutes if I want, or I can get answers to nature, wildlife, about bird supplies or any questions I have. I love the animals around while I'm there. Wish every store was like it. I joked about coming back with a sleeping bag so I could just sleep on the floor overnight ;) Thanks to Laurel & everyone there for being so perfect every time :)
