Wild Birds Unlimited, This was the first time I called and place my order for my spoiled birds,,,they came in flocks:~~ hungry. So I knew I had to get my order placed. Mitch answered the phone, and helped me with my questions on what my thoughts were on picking items over the phone. I had never place a order on the phone, and I was so satisfied and pleased with Mitch and his helpfulness, patience, and kind understanding of assisting me with my Bird~Loving goodies. I shop at WBU often. They stock the high quality bird food I prefer to use at reasonable prices. The only one who competes with them for my business is a local farmer! They always have something new for me to consider purchasing.

The staff member was very helpful answering my questions and engaging with my toddler daughter. The experience made me feel welcome and interested in coming back to learn more and check out products.

Staff are so friendly and so very helpful. And very helpful with carrying bags to my care, which is hard for me. The products in this store are displayed well and a great variety also. Love to shop at this Brighton store. I never go to any other store, this one is my favorite.
