One staff member was specifically helpful with helping me put together a bird feeder system to meet my needs. She took the time to set it up so I could see the height. I was looking to get another system at a later time but ended up going back a few days later and that she was there! She remembered me and was just as helpful again.

My husband and I love this store. The staff are kind and helpful and knowledgeable. The store has unique things as well as many options for feeding the birds.
