Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Helpful.

I took the bluebird class and didn't want to purchase at the time because of how full the store was. So I came back and purchased a bluebird feeder and mealworms. The staff was very knowledgeable and explained how to attract the bluebirds by removing the plastic side at first. I took it home, hung it and my bluebirds are using it! I'm very pleased. In the past we attended the Baltimore Oriole class and have had a lot of success attracting them to our yard also. Same thing - took the class, bought the items at your store and we're very pleased. It really helps to have the class so I feel like I have a little background and know I can attract the birds.

Im not deep into birds but I like to feed the ones outside my house, Jamie was very nice and helpful when I was getting my purchase together. It's not often I get roped into signing up for reward programs especially ones I have to pay for this time he sold me. All in all I liked the store and I will be back soon
