Always friendly and Very knowledgeable!! They are never out of stock on what I need and whether it’s a visit to the store or a delivery, they are so helpful taking my bags of seeds to the car or making sure to place my order near the front door.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, answering the questions I have about which seed to use for which time of year it happens to be. They also help me to “renovate” my feeding stations and encourage the use of different feeders.

Owners are very helpful in answering questions when we inquire about new feeders and food.
