Very helpful & friendly staff. The store mascot (maybe Ravenclaw?) was a big hit with my granddaughter and I. Lots of information from the young lady clerk too!

Laurel and Mitch always go above and beyond in their service to their customers. They look for new and exciting ways to engage with their clients - the online videos on Facebook were highly informative and entertaining. My husband and I have been impressed with them since our first visit over a year ago.
