I found the employees very knowledgable on the products I was seeking to purchase. They went over and above to explain the setup, add-ons, etc. for the system I wanted. They also explained the different types of seed would attract certain species of birds.I will return again and again!

Lauren is fantastic with answering questions and assisting with bird setups. The store is well organized; the store is clean and all staff members are courteous and helpful.

Great staff and very helpful helping us understand the options for the advanced pole system. Everything was in stock and on display for shopping. We also liked the store cat.

I asked for information about a feeder that would keep off black bully birds, and the owner was able to email some suggestions to me, and my husband purchased one for me for my birthday. We put it up today, and we had a hilarious experience with a squirrel that was denied getting any seed. The finches and a male rose-breasted grosbeak liked the new feeder. Hopefully, the rest of my birds will start using it.

They were very helpful and directed me to what I wanted. Everyone was wearing a mask.
