I was greeted right as i walked in. I inquired if a cat was in the store. He said yes & made sure the cat wasn’t where the products were. I was grateful for that. Very quick service

Staff is always helpful and friendly and able to answer all of my questions.

I am always able to find what I need for my birds. If an item is out, it is in the store soon after and I can pick it up then. Everyone that works there from the owners to the staff, are always helpful, knowledgeable and fun to talk to and share birding stories and to get helpful advice.

I'm happy to order my bird supplies on line any time of the day without getting in the car and traveling to get it. I know my order will be delivered in a timely manner which is terrific. If I have questions or concerns, I can call and get suggestions, answers, and explanations. I'm very happy with the service I receive.

I wanted to buy a new pair of bins. Laurel explained the differences and let me try out several pairs. I am very satisfied with the pair I bought.

I’ve worked retail for 30 years. Customer service is very important to me. If I have a bad experience somewhere I will never go back. I don’t have to, I can go somewhere else is how I look at it.
