Mitch is very knowledgeable about birding, but he doesn't BS the customers. If he doesn't know the answer to a question, he's honest enough to tell you that he doesn't know the answer. He's very genuine and honest in the way he deals with and talks to customers. He'll also help a customer in their birding hobby any way he can.
