Staff, Lauren, is extremely helpful knowledgeable and has great hints for getting birds at our feeders.

I was very pleased with the selection of gift items. Toby was so helpful in making some suggestions for my gifts. I was thrilled with my choice and my friends loved their gift.

I shop in this store about once a month. The store is always clean, well stocked, and has a very friendly and knowledgeable staff member. On this visit, there was a lovely young lady, but unfortunately I cannot remember her name, possibly Maureen? Anyway, she was quite helpful since I needed to return a feeder that I received as a gift and buy a bigger feeder. She was excellent at multi-tasking; there were several people in the store and she managed to make all of us feel special and well attended. When I complemented her on the new bird bath display, she said she could not take credit for is, as one of her co-workers had created the display, but agreed that her coworker had worked very hard and done a great job. I mention this because it goes towards the young lady's character. Anyway, always a pleasure to shop in this location. Definitely an asset to this community.
