I love my nearly weekly visits to WBU! The staff is always so helpful and friendly. I appreciate that they truly seem to know about birds and can recommend products to fit my needs.

My system was damaged when a storm knocked a tree on it. Your girls (in Fayetteville and Rogers) went above and beyond getting the repair pole. It was NOT able to be shipped but they found a way & did it anyway!

The staff at the Fayetteville, AR location is fantastic. They're personable and knowledgeable. I always feel taken care of when I go in. The high quality feeders and seed are a good plus, too.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They are some of the best in Fayetteville. Unfortunately, I will be returning to get the pepper hot column seed holders. Squirrels knocked them off holder and ate all!

This is one of my favorite places to shop. The staff is always friendly and most of them call me by name when I enter the store. Great selection of items, prices are a little high but its worth the price for the high quality of the products I get. Never been dissatisfied.
